About Us

Ever since I can remember, I have always loved and have been romanced by music.  From Bach to Bartok, Miles to Metheny, Beatles to Beck, music remains an important part of my life.

Music can make your spirits soar, your heart dance, nourish your soul and make you ready to face a new day.  Try to imagine life without music.  Better yet, try to watch your favorite movie minus the music track and see how emotionally barren the movie becomes.

When I heard my first high end system back in the 70's (Dahlquist, McIntosh, Phase Linear, Linn), I was instantly hooked.  I experienced recorded music as I had never experienced it before.  Music came to life in all dimensions with a resolution that made the music sound fresh and new.  That is what a properly set up 2 channel high resolution system can do.  It can transport you to the recording venue where you can experience the breathtaking nuances within the music.  You can hear startling depth, space, purity of tone, see through transparency and palpable realism which allows you to communicate with the music at a level you thought was previously unattainable.  The better the system, the more you can appreciate and discover the power and subtleties hidden within the music.

Over the years, I have had many experiences with numerous components and systems.  I have owned Ribbons, Planars, Electrostatic and Dynamic speakers, Tubes, OTL's, Single Ended, Triode and Transistor amplification.  I have also owned and set up many front end analog components, digital components and auditioned cables too numerous to mention.  I have also discovered the importance of system placement, component isolation and room interactions.  Let my 25 plus years of experience and learning guide you in choosing the components and systems that are right for you.
